Heat recovery is an effective system for achieving significant savings, reducing the environmental impact of your activity. It is part of a circular economy: from a ‘waste’ (heat discharged to serve an industrial process), it is transformed into a useful resource.

The systems are manufactured and sized according to the customer's actual requirements. The most common applications are in industry (particularly the food, chemical and paper industries), energy recovery units and data centres.
Recovery coils, or tube and fin exchangers, are used to recover heat from flue gases. Manufactured from high-strength materials, they can withstand the high temperatures of this application. AIREDIF also markets heat exchangers designed with Pillow Plate technology, which is particularly useful in the presence of flows with a high moisture content, or containing large quantities of dust and fibres.
Pillow Plate technology can also be used to cool hot effluent prior to treatment in a wastewater treatment plant.
